I called looking for work to be done on my truck and while no work was done, my experience over the phone was pleasant and I felt it was worth mentioning. The first to answer the phone was a receptionist on what felt like the first ring! She was quick and immediately transferred my call to the right place. I then spoke to a (Javier? I apologize for the misspelling or if I misheard!). He also was quick to answer the phone and was very honest, professional and clearly communicated what projects they were and were not willing to take on. He was very courteous and heard me out and I appreciated that. Based on my conversations with this company, if I required any work done that was within their realm, I would feel comfortable and trusting to bring my vehicle to them!

Mr. Henry is the best and his business was excellent in giving the best work. Friendly atmosphere and detail of work finding other small issues. I highly recommend this business for all alignment and suspension needs. Thank you so much

Henry the owner treat's you like family! Always friendly and courteous! They're old fashioned at customer service and make sure you're at home.. I highly recommend this place for all your mechanic service needs!

Henry is a wonderful man, and sent out a service tech to replace my blown driver side tire on my short school bus RV. Being from out of town, I was hesitant about the service. Henry quoted me a price, and the tech was very nice and cheerful despite the heat. We followed the tech back to the shop to pay, and the whole crew was nice and gave excellent customer service. I will visit again for new tires, as well as recommend them in the future. Thank you, Henry and Crew!! Y’all saved our beach trip!!!

I made an appointment to get a front end alignment on our motor home during our trip thru Corpus Christi. I was greeted promptly by the owner, Henry. He let me know it would take about 2-3 hours to get the aligment completed so we went and spent a few hours in Corpus to check out the sights. I returned at exactly 3 hours later to see that the work had been completed. Henry let me know that there was nothing wrong with the alignment and offered some suggestions to perhaps improve the ride and handling. The best part was he didn't charge me a dime! This type of honest service is still alive in America! He could have easily charged me for an alignment and sent me down the road with me not knowing any better. I appreciated this and thanked Henry for his honesty and integrity. Thanks again !
